Eve Corporation for Prydwenites!

Ok so this is what I have been doing over the last few weeks:

I have started the Kaminjosvig Corporation as a new venture in Eve and it is now recruiting. The goal is to eventually make it PvP focused but it is going to take a while for this side of things to get going.

The basic idea of the corp can be found here:

http://www.kaminjosvig.com/index.html

The Kaminjosvig will be owned by the members and run by the members for the members. Anything we make will be shared out and those that need most are given first.

The Kaminjosvig vision will be to build a brother hood renowned for their fighting spirit and uncompromising approach to PvP. When facing equal odds we will be known first and foremost for not backing down.

I would welcome anyone from Prydwen with open arms and I have quite a good knowledge of the PvE aspects of Eve so a lot of support will be given to anyone who fancies being a 'space hobbit' or anything like that. Basically if you fancy popping along to the game and giving it a go I can give you some space along with a friendly face. I do want to build a very tight knit corp that will eventually become known as a decent Merc corp.

Not really. Eve isn't like most other mmorpgs, there is no levelling as such. Skills increase in real time, so obviously starting now you will never catch up with those that have been playing a while ... BUT to compete you don't need all of the skills, it just means you need to start out a bit more specialised in a particular area.

The first couple of months may be a bit hard, but after that you shoudl be able to compete fine in your chosen speciality and start looking at broadening your horizons.

like Ovi says its a game where in fact you can be completely skilled up and as good as a veteran after some time. The only advantage being in the game for a long time is that you can have a number of lines in skills and proabably a good income stream.

The biggest problems in Eve are fashioning your identity, playing in a way that has meaning for you and then solving the ISK issue. This is why I established this Corp - to provide people with an ethos, something to be proud of and work for. The idea is to build a very tight group of players and then to establish a decent PvP reputation.

ISK is always hard to come by because it is a real economy. If you lose a ship you have to buy a new one and refit it. So it can cost a lot of ISK to maintain a PvP habit.

Seriously pop in sometime there is a 14day free trial and it comes complete with a new tutorial. I have really grown to love the game.

when you log on, there is now a very in-depth tutorial from CCP. Get eh 14 day trial on and check it out

TBH, it's the best way to get info on all aspects of the game. After a few months everyone's view is a little clouded by in-game experience.

Like mine is lol. Got up a little early to get through a hot bit of space, thinking it would be quiet at this time of day, and just lost a load of equipment and a really nice fitted ship to some random gate pirates, yarr :¬(

gutted, but 'QQ nubcakes' as they say lol

When your in search for me on Natasha Donnan and add me to your address book.

We have several new members all at the same level right now so its a good time to have a look at the game.

is this right in such an corporation you need everything, fighters, miners, traders....right?
But your main aim is to get a competetive mercenary crew together?
Money is there for getting good weapons?
