I really cant say in what way it has changed since that beta, but to me it took time to get into it. The interface and the pathing being the things I found crappy at start. Once you accept that it aint Daoc or WoW its real fun.
We have had a bit of a dip as guild as we haev not had enough peeps online to do the 8 vs 8 and the Tomb tournament but the little we tried it that part is really really fun.
