I downloaded DAoC UI Editor, but it doesn't seem to be up to date, when I try to load a normal classic skin it says it doesn't know many of the things in it.

So I was wondering if there was any other programs I can use to make a UI?

Or if anybody got a really good step-by-step guide I can follow?

I wouldn't mind both tho hehe
