Movie making problem 2.

guys how can i save my film in such a way as it can only be viewed at half screen? such as brite has done in his video, if the screen is maximized to full screen on his, it still shows it in half screen but puts a black border on it. i would like to do this as my full screen quality is a bit crud. help asap please!
