MSN Virus going around!

Heya,

Am not exactly sure what it does to your computer but don't click on links that is sent to you if it says: -


Hey, is this you really? <has some huge link after it saying your name and msn>

This will only be sent to you from the people you know who have got the virus of someone else who was stupid enough to open it and download the file from it.

<wasn't sure which section to put this on>

This is a prophecy for us all, uninstall msn and pour salt over it's place so it can't grow back !

dOOm dOOm, if someone would pm me something like that I would not click on it anyway, but no doubt that there is alot of people out there blatantly trusting anything they come over :D

yups ICQ is great you get more spam through icq than you do from having a hotmail account.

Sometimes it incoroporates itself in sommet they type for example :-

'Bugzy you are so damn sexy. When are we meeting up? Hey, is this you really? <has some huge link after it saying your name and msn>'

This was how i got caught out :s

But that one was easy to spot as it was way too unbelivable to be true :)

I never understood why people quit ICQ and started with MSN. Lack of offline messaging and uber "invisible" mode, still annoy me :(
