gfx card help!

allo,
a friend of mine is trying to play the free trial atm, and the game crashes on loading into gameworld, char creation screen is ok.
her gfx card is a s3 prosavage ddr and i've never heard of it before.

so will this card run the si free trial? (i'm fairly sure it wont run full cats thou.)

is there any error message returned? (i.e. renderer creation failed - which would indicate an incorrect or out of date directx version)

there is no error apparently, it just crashes back to desktop when she clicks play.

What client? Catacombs, ToA or SI?

If it is catacombs, it might be because of that:
