How do I rezise an animated GIF picture?

its 80x80 atm and need to be 65x65 for avatar here on pryd..

do a google search for shareware that rezises images if you don't have any graphics apps installed.

They have an online system for resizing gifs (you can upload a gif or give it a link). It is not 100% reliable though. I used it to mod your current avatar.
