Problem with Renewal

i know this is a bad day for GOA, but i renewed my acc around 9 hours ago, and still my acc appears as closed when i try to sign in. not sure if this is typical GOA procedure, but checked the sub section again and said that my acc would be renewed until the appropriate date... any info if this is normal or not would be appreciated
