Need assistance!

ok, i'm trying to open my account again (For my 50 enchanter and stuff) but i can't pay for a new month because it says theres another subscription in queue or something, and then later i get a mail saying that it didn't work, and the site says "Wait about 20 minutes and we will send you a mail so you can access payment site again.", i've waited for 4 hours now.
How to make this work?!
