tis a radeon 9800 pro aye, and i ran the complete file check, still happens, i run game at lowest details (all turn off or on lowest settings).
To some up how this makes me feel...

is it only volcanus it crashes? or housing/aerus too?
volcanus does seem to run more laggy than other zones (ive always blamed the lava!)
so i dunno .. maybe volc uses more memory or stuff in your computer than other zones? and thats the case? doubtful its a universal thing like graphic tho cause it would be crashing all the time.

well tonights seen it progress on to sobekite as well, only instead of crashign to desktop without an error, now it actually crashes and produces an error.

Getting a bit technical now, but have you tryed to raise the timing on your ram, had a similar problem once and I raised the timing a little bit and it helped, just a suggestion

i havent no, and tbh i think ive tryed more than enough and ive just put it down to some form of incompatibility with TOA (seeing as i could play SI/Classic/NF without this occuring).
It's a truly bizarre problem when taken into consideration where, when, why and how it happened,. Either ways, i deleted DAOC + cancelled auto-renewal of subs.
Might be back in a month, on the other hand i might not, so happy hunting, and thanks for all the sugestions
