mouse

Just re-installed the game after my HD broke, installed custom UI ok & the game runs ok but my mouse pointer moves like its running thru treacle, any idea's whats causing this ?

Ive tried it on all the settings on the option screen & it works fine for everything else

option screen as in the mouse setup thing?
or option screen as in daoc option screen?

you never know dard, check your mousepad. it might ACTUALLY have treacle on it!

seriously though, is it optical/wireless? only on DAOC its like this? installed drivers etc?

Both actually, mouse works fine until i get ingame.

very odd
is it a new mouse to the one you used before?
shouldnt make a difference as its like a mouse but..

is it cordless?

under mouse settings in control panel , there is an option called " smooth mouse " turn it OFF, should do the trick

Ive had exactly same prob few times, but it aint just in daoc when i get it, its on desktop etc too...

Cause....

Flat battery's in meh mouse!

Wireless...guta love em

weird how only u get it in daoc though... but it dont suprose meh when it comes to DAoC!
