New Season

Still planning on finishing Claymore/Nagasarete Airantou both are pretty good (Gotta admit i like claymore alot more, it reminds me of berserk).

Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai season 2 has started, so has Zero no Tsukaima.
The later episodes of Negima!? have also been subbed recently

I've also been downloading Fate/Stay, its one i missed but am catching up.

Yeah I've also been watching Sky Girls, Umisho, school days and zombie loan in addition to those..

ZnT2 ep1 was really really good, looking forwards to more. Sky Girls, I really enjoyed the OVA, so while the first episode was slow I'm looking forward to it too, animation quality seems good. Umisho is just mindless fanservice and not much more. School days I'm hoping for one of the bloody murder endings, especially after ep2 which made me feel like punching makoto in the face >< Zombie loan first ep was so-so, gonna watch ep2 now.. can't say I'm expecting much of it though..

Oh School days sounds good, will have to add that to my 'watch' list.
Manga's i've been following have been a little slow, Air Gear has got a bit interesting, Bleach and Naruto still have boring drawn out fights and One Piece has finished its interesting Arc and is now a bit boring too

Have you read any myballs yet? Funny stuff and pretty close to the borderline

Yeah I've already been watching Kimiaru Tis pretty good.

Have you seen Mai Otome O.S.Ifr 1? (yeah that's the name ><) Mai Otome was all kinds of horrible, and Mai Otome Zwei was almost as bad (it didn't have a guy sleeping with his ~12year old daughter, so didn't quite top Mai Otome), so I was wondering if I was a masochist when I started DLing S.ifr1.. However, it turned out to be really good! omg! Bout the only bad thing was that the hideous otome robes are still there >< But oh well, everything else was pretty cool.. Rena rocks! Tis an OVA series though, so ages til ep2 + 3 (it's 3part afaik).

Current season hasn't been that exciting though, mostly enjoying series still airing from last season (Gundam 00 / Clannad / Shana 2 etc..). Had moderately good hopes for Rosario+Vampire but gonzo are making a pretty good mess off it as I had feared (though Kurumu still is awesome so I won't stop watching - quite like her seiyuu (Misato Fukuen), she was also Eiri in AIKa R-16, and is going to be Golden Darkness in To-Love-Ru, which I'm quite looking forward to).

Mostly I'm really excited about april atm.. Code Geass 2 at long last \o/ And To-Love-Ru (hopefully will turn out nicely)! And Soul Eater!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11! Couldn't believe it when I randomly found out soul eater was becoming an anime. I can't remember if I ever mentioned it here before, but it's my favourite manga-that-nobody-else-seems-to-have-heard-of (though people will now since anime is inc). It;s sorta shounen action I guess, but it has a really unique style/ambiance and all the characters rock! And it's being animated by BONES! (who did, for example: Full Metal Alchemist) Really looking forward to it as I'm sure they'll do a good job.

Oh btw! (Just remembered as a new chapter was out today)
Go check out a manga called Omamori Himari if you're not already reading it. only 14 chapters out but it's great and you should love it.

I haven't read Omamori Himari or Mirai Nikki, Yotsubato!, Okitsune-sama de Chu!, Mx0. I'll check them out tonight.

I really liked Mai Otome O.S.Ifr too, its been really well done so far and might save a little grace on the Mai Otome storyline. I did like the original Mai-Otome manga, it was pretty entertaining and full of fanservice. I really liked Rena too, i wonder who knocked her and Sifr up!

Rosario+Vampire was as expected tbh They totally messed with the story line and the filler episode was pretty bad (more fillers coming too) I agree that Kurumu is the saving grace of that anime, the Manga is pretty good, i'll not spoil it if you don't follow it.

Another i like is Bamboo Blade, the last episode was funny as hell, Miya Miya and that American Chick fighting over 'Anderson' lol. If you don't already watch it, check it out, its pretty light hearted.

Hellsing OVA4 has been soft subbed, its epic as expect, I loved Rip Van Winkles songs

Next Season should be good, tho i can't wait for the Summer release of Haruhi Season 2.

Been playing through the Clannad Visual Novel (not a H game!).

Yeah I have been keeping up with the R+V manga, and (judging by the ED animation) I guess they're planning to finish Witch Hill and immediately rush into the school disciplinary committee stuff.. it's only gonna be 13 episodes afaik so they're really trying to fit too much in imo Could be worse I guess.. they could try and fit in the whole student council / school festival stuff too! (oh god I hope they don't try to x<)

Yeah forgot to mention Bamboo Blade, really nice series indeed. Not that I'd ever have expected it early on, but really, Dan-kun is the man! He never does anything wrong and gets all the girls (who had weird pets)!

Yeah I started the Mai Otome manga after first reading Mai Otome Arashi (ended up getting shown a pic of them all as maids from chapter 2 so yeah... twas inevitable!), way way better than the anime lol. Actually enjoyed it a lot. Did you ever read the Mai Hime manga? I loled so much when marie antoinette showed up, it was all so silly the whole way through, but fun cos of that.

Haruhi 2 would be nice but... is there actually a confirmed date for it yet? Still haven't seen anything.. Only 3 more episodes of Clannad though, not sure what KyoAni have planned for next.

The R+V order kinda bugs me, i mean they are introducing characters well to fast and the school disciplinary arc will not make sence if the Art Teacher Episode hasn't happened. I can't wait to see how they animate that fire fox battle tho.

I don't know if you watch Naruto anymore? They animated the Sakura & Chiyo v Sasori really well, also Kyuubi Naruto #4 v Orochimaru, rest of it sucks (like the 45 minute long power up) but they animated the fight scenes well.

Yeah i grabbed the Mai Hime manga as soon as i found out about #lurk, it was pretty fun, good if you didn't deeply think about the sillyness

I guess i'm just getting my hopes up about the unmentioned series, have you read the Haruhi novels yet or are you not a total haruhifan like me

Haven't actually read them, only read the parts covered in Haruhi series 1... decided not to read the rest as I'd probably prefer seeing them animated for my first time. (That was back when haruhi was first airing and a sequel was expected in the near-ish future). Nowadays, my excitement has calmed down a lot, so can patiently wait until whenever series2 may come.

Totally agreed on the problems with R+V's episode/event ordering. Wish it coulda been done better but oh well

I stopped watching naruto when they spent an entire episode to get a big stone out of the way of the cave entrance (where akatsuki were draining Gaara inside - right before Sakura & Chiyo v Sasori). That episode was just too bad on so many levels that I had to drop the show again (dropped it before all the fillers too ) and haven't yet been motivated enough to go back to it.

Bamboo blade... god, actually, I like *all* of them though I suppose satori I like least (mainly cos she's had least time so far x<). Probably I like MiyaMiya the most, since I'm muchly into the whole yandere thing these days x< Though Kirino and Sayako are randomly awesome at times, and Tama is always awesome! Hope MiyaMiya eventually wins a match though ;(

I have also begun upon the expensive and addictive path of anime figure collecting ;( Not a path for the faint of heart! (or the short of money x<) . Also decided to pre-order Suzu from Nagarasete Airantou http://www.hlj.com/product/KBYPP-234 as it really captures her energy/liveliness well (the pictures on the Kotobuyika site are better but I cba browsing through japanese websites again finding them)! Also found a site called: http://www.dannychoo.com/ which has a bunch of figure posts too, but also has loads of event coverage, articles on day to day life in japan etc.. lotsa fascinating things to read there (atleast for me) though the layout is rather confusing to navigate at first
