So anyways, since I like kurogane's anime blog http://kurogane.animeblogger.net/ I saw he was talking about Canvas2, which I had watched p to ep7, somewhat enjoyed but through laziness hadn't downloaded further.. so anyways 3.5gb later I've downloaded it all and watched it all... it was alright I guess through out.. Until the ending that is, which was the biggest load of wtf?! crap I've seen in a long long time. Spoilers inc, then some discussion of Utawarerumono...

******* SPOILERS FOR CANVAS 2 ENDING TO COME *************

Okay so building up to the lsat episode, everything is looking good, Hiroki and osananajimi (childhood friend) Kiri are getting along well, he even buys a present for her referring to her as his girlfriend. Elis has seemingly gotten over her onii-chan complex (she's really "only" his cousin.. you know how this goes

) and is moving forwards by taking up the offer to study abroad in France. Tomoko has gained resolve and decided to get treatment/surgery for her sickness in foreign lands (the US I guess?) which sorta came out of nowhere, but I can dig it, that's fine... So all that's left to go is the teary farewell at the airport when tomoko and elis leave the harem and then Hiroki and Kiri live happily ever after.. right??! Wrong, instead we get the "omg Elis painted me a picture with red in it (she had a phobia about red/blood since her parents died in a traffic accident), wow that's amazing, and has made me realise I LOVE ELIS MORE THAN ANYTHING!!" cue Hiroki treating Kiri like crap, skipping their date to paint a twin picture for Elis before she leaves (reducing her back from girlfriend to childhood friend, aww ]

Haruhi #14 is out

Malev you've probley seen it so i'll not worry to much about spoilers

Really nice end to the show, but i really hope they have a series 2 and 3 and 4 and....
I liked the clues all through the series telling Kyon to kiss her, it must be a real mind job not knowing if your living in your world or a world made up by a class mate.

Loads of stuff has bee left open so a second series is a must

I've been away in Cambridge again (left on early tuesday morning) so I was expecting to not get to see haruhi at all

since normally afk were releasing the eps on tuesday evenings.. but they got the last one out late on monday night right before I went to bed so I was able to get it downloaded before I left on tuesday \o/ Was a very nice ending imo, I like how he tells us he's gonna tell her about aliens etc.. cos on the one hand you think, heh good, she deserves to know and it'll make the world safer.. right? but then you realise.. his explanation of the truth is clearly what must have resulted in the Adventures of Mikuru movie >< Also I like the reverse forshadowing effect (brought on by swapping episode order.. eg in ep13 when he says in his head "you should be a detective" and we know she does) and I liked the fact that haruhi gve him an annoyed look at the baseball match, initially it seemed like it was because he was looking at mikuru (as a whole) too much, but now we realise it's because haruhi realised she was giving mikuru a ponytail and and it was that he liked x<

Well kyoto animation have already said they will be making a second season

But they said they have 2 other series to release before this is done, so expect it much later

Ah didn't know they had, cool.

The 2 series are Kanon and (I think, have heard rumors of it: ) another FMP series. Kanon is gonna be 26 eps (1/2 a year) and FMP would probably be 13~ again? like fumoffu/2nd raid.. we'll see, anyways possibly april~ next year for more haruhi then?

Eep, haven't talked her for quite a while now!!

The new anime season isn't too hot, not really much to rave about unlike last season, still some nice things out there, primarily Zero no Tsukaima is very nice imo. It has the same 2 main seiyuu as Shana which has led to everyone comparing it to shana, but imo it's a better series (and I think everyone overrates shana lol

it was alright but for an action series it lacked.. action). Louise is uberly tsundere (ep2 and 3 highlighted it beautifully when Saito asked if she was crying/jealous over him, lol).. Anyways, we all know that nobody ever reads what I post and only looks for pr0n pics. So here, Siesta + Louise from Zero no Tsukaima! Oh yeah, NHK ni Youkuso (Welcome to the NHK) is really good too, very funny, it's about a Satou who's a Hikikomori and about how a girl comes into his life forcing him to change.. for the better? well not so far lol

It's very funny, although it seems the animators used up all their funding on eps 1-3 as ep4 had absolutely dreadful quality

though it was still funny <o/ No pr0n pics for me anyways cos I'm lazy, but since he ends up going seriously otaku you can expect Maids and Eroges and much pr0n! Watch it!

I haven't talked much really either.

I haven't really found anything that interesting this season too. So have mainly been watching Utawarerumono, Ouran High School Host Club and Air gear

your friendly forum stalker is here to make this quarters post.. stay tuned for Q1 2007!!! .. anyway, I watched the second raid now.. fmp2 or so:p real niceee. Chidori is the winner always.

Oh and.. Avast! there be a new Gits thing just round the corner! a movie or a ova which is supposedly taking place after sac but before sac gig 2 or in a alternate universe after sac where sac gig 2 never goes live or somewhat. I didnt really get it from reading the production IG site. It has Motoko out of the section 9 posse at least, and in sac gig 2 she is still innit so either it's kinda like they have stand alone complex + ending of the original GITS movie where Motoko harbours both her own ghost and the ai ghost of the puppet master... or it's something entierly diffrent! exiting still at least^^

And my friend which you might remember as Icefly is in Japan as I write this^^ it's kinda fun really, I wish I could of joined him but, I suppose there will be a good lot of opportunities later:p He promised to buy some original gits effects at least so it's all very exiting!
