Due to ... erm popular request, the censor system has been reactivated. However, it is only activate for those in the censor enabled usergroup. You join this usergroup in the same way as you join a guild usergroup. Go to usercp -> usergroup memberships and click join group, or click here to join and here to leave. There is no group leader for this group so you don't need to be confirmed.
