give out a ton of xp, grey quests are worth finishing, even grinding is doable, also alot of exploits apparently ingame, though haven't seen any myself..

Trundling along nicely at 36 so far..

The same question applies to the LFG menu. When you look for a group, the level options don't seem to make any difference. I selected level 1-1 and got the same list as selecting 15-15.

A lot of the UI seems to be bugged, chat system is rotten to the core, as well as the guild system & even friends list is bugged, doesn't show where your friends are..
