Aww they miss my hobbit!

We were going through our The Lord of the Rings Online™: Shadows of Angmar™ (LOTRO) database and noticed that, whilst you took part in the LOTRO Beta, you didn’t go on to purchase a copy of the full retail game.
Maybe you weren't quite ready for Middle-earth, maybe you were just simply too busy! Whatever the reason, here's all the great stuff that's coming up in LOTRO that you might like to be a part of. We've also got details about where you can get the game for a great price, so read on!

I wouldn't try logging in today though if I were you - Today is release day for the first free expansion...
OMG the yanks got it yesterday already we're so far behind!!1!

nah i wont subscribe to lotro
i put up with behind expansions/poor service in daoc cuz i didnt know better
im not gonna play a game with that already in it
maybe in future MMORPG they will have as a bonus 'uptodate patches'

How you can talk about "behind expansions" when the Euros are getting today what was released (as I stated) for the yanks yesterday is beyond me. It simply makes no sense. If they'd updated all servers globally at the same time we would only have got it 13-18 hours earlier depending on time zone. And it's a free expansion we're talking about... 29 pages of detailed notes. Not that the original released game was lacking in content or anything.
I'd call that first class & incredibly speedy service.
Sheesh!
