yes. Mark Jacobs definitely confirmed there will be no IP blocking (not that it really works anyway?), the only constraint is that US Stores will only sell US version and Euro Stores will only sell Euro Versions, just like DAoC

There's upmteen online shops selling keys so i don;t think it'll be a problem. Maybe the actual software is different, who knows. I can probably get the US software but i might be a day late starting or so
