Artisan Alliance Guidelines

Given that the alliance consists of several small guilds we want to be able to communicate easily and in a friendly manner.
Going to see how we do relying on common sense rather then strict rules.
We want the alliance to be friendly and suitable for familys (basically a PG certificate), so if possible please avoid swearing or lewd discussions.
