Set up forums again

Ok, these forums don't seem to want to be setup :), they were setup after the last backup before the crash.

There is a GM and a normal member hidden forum. I have set Penlid as the forum moderator as he is set as the NFD moderator. There were other names before the crash, so if you PM me, I can add them.
