kinda gave up after fun with dick and jane tbh ... he's a good actor but the movies he picks arent that good. And i dont think i'll spend money to go watch his latest, i'll wait till it gets shown on tv or something.
I adore him in Bruce almighty tho ... post its!

well i think thats cos he's got a comedy head. He's good at pulling faces. And if you've seen one you've seen them all.

Free films is easy to get - legal or illigal - but I prefer to support the producers if its a good movie.

Jim Carrey and I share the same year of birth (1962).
That probably explains a lot! Also born that year was Eddie Izzard... that probably says it all! Still, Jim Carrey is a great actor. I thought he was outstanding in "Me, Myself and Irene!" where he plays a character who suffers from, "advanced delusionary schizophrenia with involuntary narcissistic rage". It's a great film and I like the part where he first "snaps" in the supermarket, just as he's in the checkout queue, where a woman is purchasing a feminine product known as "Vagiclean". It's hilarious.
I'd like to add that I like "Donny Darko" too, but Jim Carrey isn't in that film. But I thought I'd add it anyway to stimulate conversation.

1962??
i thought he was younger somehow??
perhaps its how he acts in camera that makes him seem so..
Eddie Izzard seems ancient compared...
how old does that make him??
45?
That is young still, but i assumed to be around 35ish..
