4 -year-old Accused of Improperly Touching Teacher

ELLMEAD- A four-year-old hugged his teachers aide and was put into in-school suspension, according to the father. But La Vega school administrators have a different story.
Damarcus Blackwell's four-year-old son was lining-up to get on the bus after school last month, when he was accused of rubbing his face in the chest of a female employee.
The prinicipal of La Vega Primary School sent a letter to the Blackwells that said the pre-kindergartener demonstrated "inappropriate physical behavior interpreted as sexual contact and/or sexual harassment."
Blackwell says it's ridiculous that the aide would misread a hug from a four-year-old. Blackwell wrote to administrators demanding that the whole incident be expunged from his son's academic file because his son is too young to know what it means to act sexually.
David Davis, the executive director of the Advocacy Center in Waco tends to agree with Blackwell. He says assuming the boy has not had sexual encounters, or been inappropriately exposed to pornography, most four-year-olds are sexually innocent.
Blackwell got a response from the La Vega administration. The sexual references on the discipline referral were removed. But the thing that makes Blackwell most upset is they told him "your request for an apology by the aide and removal of all paperwork regarding this incident is denied." Now the young student's file will refer to the incident as "inappropriate physical contact." And Blackwell says he will continue to fight the district.
La Vega I.S.D. administrators told News Channel 25 they couldn't comment on this case because of student privacy issues.

give him a jail sentence. he would think twice bout it!!
(btw...the above is in pure sarcasm - the woman who complained is quite clearly a few sandwiges short of a picnic)

my two year old has the weird habbit of going around to total strangers to kiss them ... omg the little lad can be charged for it

If I were the father I'd tell the kid to say he did it because the teacher made him and get her sacked and put in jail

i was discussing this with a work collegue yesterday
we came up with a couple of things
That the teacher who complained must have been thinking about that sort of thing to actually consider it about a child..which is kinda scarey.
Also, that perhaps in this day and age the teacher couldnt be blamed as if some other person saw the kid do that they may accuse the teacher of doing something to the kid. Hence covering her back as it were.

Maybe Banana, but its pretty normal for a child to get close to grownups if they like them. As Ellen said about Viggo who kiss everyone - same with jesper (and I try to act the same myself, but Im usually rejected)

I'm really surprised to see some ppl's reaction to it tho. Sometimes they look at me and my son like we're some sort of freaks cos my little one goes around blowing kisses to everyone. Must admit i dont like it that he goes to very unclean ppl for a kiss and i pull him away then as fast as i can, but atleast i have a friendly boy.
