Before the Celts?

Does anyone know who were the indigenous people of the British Isles before the Celts? From what I can gather, the Celts migrated from Central Europe.

Could the Celts ever have been accused of doing to the people who were in the UK before them, what the Anglo-Saxons did to the Celts?

Depends what you mean by Celts.
Contrary to popular impressions, the Celts were not a homogenous people but instead the term is a generic label used to describe a wide range of tribes and peoples spanning most of the European continent over the course of around 1000 years or so. During the Iron Age, the British Isles were inhabited by the Priteni who later became the Cruithne, both of these tribes have been identified as Celtic although they can be considered indigenous to the British Isles and certainly preceded later Celtic tribes such as the Picts, the Scots or the Gallii.

The Celtic migration wasn't so much a literal migration of people (although some tribes did move a long way to the west), but rather a cultural migration whereby ideas, artistic styles, languages and societies were adopted in a rolling wave across Europe over the course of several hundred years. In this way, existing pre-Celtic tribes became Celtic through cultural domination rather than by being supplanted with different tribes from other areas.
