I quit 3 months before my daughter was born, she's 17 now and I have never regretted the decision even though it was really hard and I'd still like the "occasional" cig now

resist the temptation if it arises, it's well worth it imo

what ever u do, dont start back.. ive been smoking for 10 years now.. an im finding it hard to give up... but it WILL happen, so u wont be in that boat alone mate lol
