500g to those who answer!

Just need some responses from you guys to help me with my gay e-book. Its about Online Services, and as you all play online games and hence might use other services online (just a bet), I guessed I should post here.
I will give 500g (if you want it) to everyone that gives replies that I can actually use in my e-book. Please could you either reply to this thread, or send the answers via PM to me.
Added notes under each questions to help you answer them.
Here are the questions:
What online services do you use?
- Commerce (Online Banking, Shopping, Auctions)
- "Real Time" Information (News websites, Weather)
- Communication (Email, Instant messaging)
- Download Services (Music, Film, Software (download.com, microsoft.com))
- Entertainment Services (Online Games (no idea what game you could talk about))
Why do you use these services?
What advantages are there of using these services rather then non-internet equivalents?
- For example: "Quicker then snailmail (The Post if you live in England
)"
Do you find any problems with using these services?
- Advertisements are annoying, etc
When talking about these advantages/problems, please give reference to which service, and which service provider (MSN for example).
Thanks for all your help
