Afaik, Rami is randomly giving negative ratings for 'fun', he's also boasting about it on IRC. Is there anyway you can remove his ability to rate, or perhaps shove a fork into his eyes?

Why must you turn a perfectly working system into a playground Rami? There was absoloutely no misuse of it before you decided to play your silly games.
