What is the maximum amount of platinum pieces (capped) a char can safely hold without some disappearing after logging and such?

You can't trade money or sell items to NPCs if you have 200p as I've found out, but I have noticed if you kill a mob and loot it the money does increase over 200p. I'm not sure if it eventually prevents you even doing that or what.Treeeebeard wrote:200p iirc

it increases but you loose it when you log afaik
and tbh with 41p for a piercer 200p doesnt seem like much these days

The cap is 2^31 - 1 = 2147483647 copper pieces = 214p 748g 36s 47c. IIRC, when this first became an issue, it you had that and then got 1 more copper, your client would display it as a negative amount. However, the server didn't die and if you gave away enough money your gold went positive again.
I guess they picked 200g as a number that is safely far away from that cap. If the only way to increase money is to farm mobs, it would take a while to get the 14p ... well maybe

I'm stuck at 200 plat, 1g, 14s, 16c. Wont go higher no matter what I do
