Getting back to the original point for a second.

I would like to see the original paper(s). I work in nutrition research (in fact I do a lot of work for the food standards agency) and the FSA definition of low fat is food that contains <5% fat (ie <5g/100g food) In that case I suspect even walkers crisps are higher than this (don;t have any at home but I think its around 7-8%? I am sure someone can correct me if I am wrong)

So are they going by the usual "Lower fat" definition much loved by the manufacterers or the "Official" FSA standard? Because this is a real minefield that causes a LOT of confusion.

Also something that has been know for a LONG time is that people who have a low cholesterol/fat intake have a higher chance of death due to violence or suicide, and it seems we need a certain amount of fat to enable our brains to work correctly, if you have a very low fat intake, the cell membranes change composition and it seems to have an effect on moods. In fact in some studies, the reduced deaths due to heart disease were totally matched by increased deaths due to violence/suicide.

Something I have always said is you need a bit of everything, if you have everything in moderation you can't really go wrong. Although I find that hard to stick to myself!

And as for what is beautiful, different people have differnt ideas of what is "beauty" and no amount of discussing it will reach a concensus.

Just my pennys worth.

Running with tail between my legs eh ?

And no you didn't mention that part (or i missed it) and thats a valid point.

However the point about plastic surgery . people do it to be accepted and as i said before that is wrong , though it could be put on other side to say if looks don't matter who cares if some one made them self more accepted using un natural means .

A tricky debate it is to be said , but being 19 I have not had enough experience in life to make a choice how I feel one way or the other.
All i can try and do is see world through what I seen even if it's not a nice view of this perfect world of ours..

What i'd like to know is can the body suddely become healthy, say if some 1 had lypo suction . Or is it such a fast change it fooks you up permamently later in life .. only time will tell.

And can breast enlargment still allow a woman to breast feed . There have gotta be a lot of problems with it, and of course thats it's un natural material in your body.

Though a 3rd breast like in total recall would be cool! flame:
