whats the best program for screen capture?

why does every daoc video use metal, don't people realise it's utter shit? :/ Always have to turn down the volume :(
Movies I remember:
First Eclipse movie (featured Torero)
Untuva's NS movie (Featuring soothing Finnish songs)
Some German high RR group (Rolling Stones)

So what do we learn from this?

Movies without shit music are worth watching again!
