that face is pasted, its not the real persons face...
there is a sickness that makes the fat become all lose and hangy, and you get fat from eating pretty much anything, or well nothing. Is a person in my city as I said before that got his stomach hanging down over the pants almost all the way down to the knees, look realy disgusting tbh

its a birthdefect afaik, like.. in the genes and stuff. So no I dont think so
