My dvd player costs less and does the same, I fail to see how it's better, other than playing shity games. Everyone knows pc > console.

for variety perhaps, but if you had Timesplitters 3 for Xbox or Fable or another choice game i would say its pretty tough. Console games generally dont have the same "replayability" of PC games but theres nothing better than stumbling in at 1 o clock in the morning with three friends and having several drunken games of Timesplitters 3 deathmatch.
