6630 unlock

Hey one and all.

Ok problem here is i need to unlock my nokia 6630 , however with the restrictions in work i can't visit some web sites, I need to get phone unlocked so i can get myself a UK sim card ( Irish phone) So anyone out there know anything about it ?

I've been in contact with Vodafone and i've been told it will be 2 weeks, but for now i just don't have any way of people contacting me if i'm not in the office

throw it in a pond, then take it to the closest phone shop and ask for a new one

get a vodafone pay as you go sim while u wait for it to be unlocked.

it won't accept the pay as you Sim , i've tried that , that's why i'm trying to get it unlocked, I would of went pay as you go either way.

I thought they locked the fones into a specific network, i didn't know that you needed to unlock to change your service. Or was your supplier not vodafone before?

No I wave Vodafone Hibbyland , now i have to go Vodafone Albyland .... i'm staying with vodafone , but different country .

Think i might of found a spot , will check with it tomorrow.

got it unlocked in the end , thanks all =).

i Rang the customer care line for vodafone , and believe it or not , they did do what they said they would. I got my phone unlocked now i have a new mobile number to memorise :aran1:
