//update: Okay, 2 of my chars lost all items, and each appears to have been given 75p (nice compensation, seeing as i stated in email that both were untemplated). Also the 2 named items missing from my ranger were both replaced. Its realy nice that they give money to compensate..however, seems like...

I have not lost anything on my only open account, But there I only have one of my main chars. The other two accounts are closed and cant reopen them until in about two weeks because of lacks of funds :/

At one of my accounts, I cant log onto Rightnow, as it Say my user ID is invalid. I logged into my subscription page, and everything is as it should be. Both my user ID and My e-mail adress is correct, but still I cant log onto right now, and not even request new password, as it wont reconize my us...
