reason im asking for RAs is coz its a dungeon full of lv50-65 mobs and you get a lot of them some times... people with decent RAs + spec = good chance of killing final boss

please put specs + RAs

if casters power was under 50% it used to regen more slowly


no power regens at the same rate all the time


but wtf @ casters being like bards now? they dnt have a decent power regen

also best bit in this patch is them implementing basically artifacts now being everlasting
