As ive said before, my solution to this is to make the dex cap for casting 250, like the quickness cap for melee/bow.

alzamiwhatsit has them but its down at them moment.

but they are explained well in journal mostly.

miniquests are great, go to zone and do bunch, then come back 3 levels later and do more

signing up for melee space please with dairuinn, Vamp
