Things might be easier these days, but its still going to take months.
Leveling up, getting artis and other items, level the artis, get MLs done, and last but not least the realm ranks.
We're not talking just one character here

If Mythic somehow would transfer or recreate our EU character on a US server I'd come over, but there is no way in hell I would start over and gear up again.
Spent to much time doing it once and cba doing it again.
