Those respec stones are a 100% drop and that I know for a fact...on merlin when the dragon dropped only like 4 drops and money we contacted a CRS and soon after the CRS came he gave us the stones and some random drops. And CRS in the US can do the same then the crs in europe unless the crs in europe...

Dont see much reason to sell for loads tho, if you can farm ml10 and got all items needed then where is the need for cash?
