Karak Norn has a lot of action, aye. And I see old faces from time to time also I try to do the occational /wave, cause most are on the opposing side it seems :S I'm playing destro. Have seen Ladder and Jalan as well as a couple of others doing active RvR

yeah I know the librarian has them, but I cannot obtain them. I guess my real question was, what is the prereq for the various items?

If anyone stumbles across a site or resource page with information how to obtain tome tactics, please post them here or let me know

Currently haven't found any tome tactics, but I read about people comes across them just by luck.
