AFAIK only Golden Spear and Spear of Kings are available as Celtic Spear artifacts. Goldenspear is quite good, and has good TOA-bonusses, SoK has a proc which lowers the melee-damage u take. Other good options are indeed the Champion spear, and the ML10 Spear seems popular due to the 'funny looking...
