Got Lairiodd to remove my access and didn't restore it since peeps had a problem Tho I'm told people were still whining at me in the secret forum even after that

The "problem" is we need users to maintain all the private usergroups, and as we don't know who previously maintained them (like who maintained hib secrets usergroup?) we can't really create them before we have someone to lead/maintain them. Previously the guild/alliance and hibernian secrets ranks...
