hmm just added my old sig says it all really.

Warlocks can quick caste <of sorts> it just uses a certain %ge of their power - the lowest level quick cast uses 50% of their power but they can get 2 spells out and i think the highest is like 20% of their power or somthing silly but thats if you spec to have 5 chambers 0o so most have 40/30% power...

I think he got the oop bit from the fact that a level 50 warlock can use a kind of quick caste to get off some neet tricks - tbh you should have been snared he should have then run and put up one chamber then powerless casted till you cought up with him then blam goes the chamber - still nice work
