Wrong, the germans ( avalon I think) were the first in the world to kill the hib dragon.
Back when they used 100+ ppl for a DR.

A guildy got a bottle of heavy liquor.
It does a self buff only that does a -24 dex/qui buff.
Quite a unique drop imo
