Not sure about your particular problem but I do know that when you go into the Edit Account option all the boxes are deliberately left blank and you normally get a pop-up saying they have been left blank to protect your account details.

Isn't there a restriction on buffs now on this server also? That's going to make it very difficult for typically solo Classes in RVR.
