You can use Loki's as much as you like completely free of charge, the only part of it that requires a license if you use it more than a few times is the Maximize SC utility function based on priorities you assign.

Will make an attempt to get the wool and needle before, it's usually just a few hours work to farm them. The Hand drops rather frequently inside Volc so that shouldn't be an issue
